Anna Bags uses Canada Post flat rate shipping box pricing. Single bags can be shipped for a flat rate of $22. Two bags will cost $28 and any more that two will be $34. Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and shipped. Anna Bags is a small business so we will do our best to get your orders out in a timely manner.
RETURN POLICY
Anna Bags are all final sale! If there is an issue with your bag, a defect, or you are 100% unsatisfied with your purchase, please send me an email with your reasoning and photos if defected. We can issue you a refund when the bag has been returned to us in its original condition. Anna Bags will only cover the shipping return costs on defected items.
